Our multi-zone automatic irrigation system uses one gateway and a portal that manages from your phone/tablet/computer several independent zones (also called stations). Each zone has its own LoRa smart motorized ball valve that opens/closes to control water flow to a specific group of sprinklers/drip lines. The LoRa gateway has an operational range of 2-2.5km in radius.

Why 4 zones?
Different areas of a garden/lawn have different watering needs (sun exposure, soil type, plant types, slope…). Splitting into zones prevents waste and allows customized schedules.
Typical sequence in action:
1. Controller sends signal → Zone 1 valve opens → Sprinklers in lawn area run (e.g. 10 min)
2. Zone 1 valve closes → Zone 2 valve opens → Flower beds / shrubs get watered
3. Zone 2 closes → Zone 3 activates → Backyard trees/drip system
4. Zone 3 closes → Zone 4 runs → Front garden or vegetable patch Then the full cycle finishes and waits for the next scheduled start time.
